PRICING & DELIVERY
- Our goal is to provide the best service and competitive pricing.
- Payment types accepted are: Paypal, Money Order, cheque. Make cheques and money orders payable to: Go Hydro Year Round Gardening. Please allow up to 10 days for cheques and money orders to clear before products will be shipped.
- All product pricing and shipping charges are in Canadian dollars.
DUTIES & IMPORT FEES
- All Duties and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to know the duties and fees for every country we ship to. We suggest you contact your local Officials to inquire about the costs of Duties and to be applied to your order upon entry into your country.
- United States Brokerage Fee's (Charged by UPS)
Fee's only apply to standard delivery shipments. N/C for Expedited & Express
Free for orders under $200
$21 for orders $200 - $1200
$30 for orders $1200+
This fee is paid to ups, not Go Hydro Year Round Gardening.
RETURNS
- To return a product to us, you must phone or email to request a return #.
- All packages shipped to us without a return number will be refused.
- All returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging.
- The customer must pay the return shipping charge.
- COD returns will be refused.
- We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- If we are replacing defective products within our warranty time we will pay to ship the replacement product standard service once the defective product has been tested.

WARRANTY
- All products are backed by a manufacturers warranty. The warranty length varies depending on product, usually 6 months to 5 years.
